30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEED RETURN POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Lyker’s return policy allows you to return the product purchased on Authorization channel within 30 days counting from the date of receipt of shipment, and request a refund from Authorization channel for any reason. Note: Express ship- ping cost is non-refundable; the product, the package, and All the accessories shall be in the original condition or the refund will not be verified.
For the return request, Lyker is not responsible for Lost packages due to the carrier, or products received that cannot be verified. Received products that have damage determined to have been caused by the end-user may be subject to denial of the return request.

Lyker shall have no Liability or obligation to Purchaser with respect to any Product requiring service during the warranty period which is subjected to any of the following:
. As a result of accident, misuse, liquid spills, abuse, contamination, improper or inadequate maintenance or calibration, or other external causes;
. Aging caused by normal use;
. Minor defects that has Little influence to the value or function of the product;
. Attempted repair by non-qualified personnel or replacement with non-original[ parts;
. Damage due to transaction;
. Use by children under 18 and under no custody;
. Unable to provide verified purchase proof a receipt of
Lyker shall not be responsible for any damage. Loss, or inconvenience due to negligence, accident, modification, failure of the end-user to follow the operating procedures outlined in the user’s manual.
TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND, ALL THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE MET:
A Return Merchandise Authorization IRMA) must be requested from Lyker within 30 days from the date of receipt of shipment. To request a RMA, contact Lyker Service Team at service-support(Lyker.com.

The RMA number and necessary contact information (including but not limited to name, phone numbers, address, email, purchased date, etc.) must be clearly displayed on the printing template provided by Lyker Service Team or
